Who is StopDialing.com?
We are a distributor of fine products and services providing solutions for safer driving when using a cell phone. Let’s face it, despite the dangers of driving when using a cell phone and laws which restrict this behavior, people have a need to communicate. What people are looking for is a better, safer, and legal way to use their cell phones in their car. StopDialing.com provides these solutions.

Who is SpeechPhone?
SpeechPhone LLC is the company which develops and supports the Mandi™ service which is sold through authorized distributors like StopDialing.com. Click on the “Business Opportunities” link if you are interested in becoming a distributor.
Why should I order through StopDialing.com when I can order directly from SpeechPhone?
The price for Mandi™ service is the same, whether you order from StopDialing.com or from SpeechPhone. The difference is that you will have two layers of technical and customer support when you order through StopDialing.com, rather than just one. StopDialing.com has been offering SpeechPhone products for nearly three years, and our personnel have extensive knowledge of the SpeechPhone products. Likewise, StopDialing.com also makes other products and solutions available to you that are not available from SpeechPhone.
What is Mandi™?
Mandi™ stands for My Automated Natural Dialogue Interface. “She” is your virtual communications assistant. She helps you manage your address book, phone calls, voice mails, e-mails, and reminders. When you subscribe to Mandi™, you will be issued a local telephone number. When your account is activated, you also receive a customized website to manage all your contacts and user preferences. Store your Mandi™ phone number as a speed dial number on your phone(s). Then import all your contacts from the contact manager that you use (e.g. Outlook, Yahoo Mail, Excel, etc.). With the names and numbers in your Mandi™ address book, you can call Mandi™ from any phone anywhere. She will ask you “What would you like to do?” At that point, there are over 37 commands you can give her, such as:
  • “Look up phone number”
  • “Call John Doe at home”
  • “Get my voice mail messages”
  • “Call back (person) who left message”
  • “Read my e-mail messages”
  • “Reply to e-mail message”
Using Mandi™ while driving, you can keep your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road.
Does Mandi™ take the place of cellular service?
To access Mandi™ from your cell phone, you still need a cellular provider. Mandi™ handles all your communications through your cell phone.
Which cellular services does Mandi™ work with?
Mandi™ works will all cellular service plans. There is no cell phone plan that she does not work with.
Does Mandi™ take the place of my home phone service?
She can. If you have high speed internet access at your home, you can literally “fire” the phone company and use Mandi™ as your local and long distance service for no extra charge! That’s right, for no additional fee, you also have unlimited local and long distance phone service for calls throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Does Mandi take the place of my business phone service?
She can, if you want. We have some great business phone service calling plans that give you flat rate local and long distance service.
How does Mandi™ differ from Blackberry, Treo, and other phone/PDA devices?
Mandi™ works with all these products. You don’t need to change anything to use Mandi™ with these products. There are some differences, however:
  1. You can store your contact information on these devices. But if you lose the device, accidentally leave it behind, damage it, lose service, or run out of battery, you’ve also lost your contact info. With Mandi™, your contact info is stored in your web-based address book. Simply borrow or pick up any other phone, and all your contact information is now available through that phone.
  2. If you change PDA’s and service carriers, you typically have to change phone numbers. With Mandi™, you own the phone number, and the number follows you to any phone that you will be using.
How does Mandi differ from being able to dial phone numbers through voice activation technology in some cell phones?
Some cell phones have a limited ability to respond to voice commands to call phone numbers stored in the phone address book. To use that feature, if your phone has it, you must record the name of each person, using your voice, and attach that recording to that name. When you need to call the person, you press a button on your cell phone and say the name of the person, and your cell phone dials the number for you. Our Mandi™ solution is more functional and better. Here is why:
  1. If you lose your phone, leave it behind, change phones, or the battery runs out, you have lost your address book. With Mandi™, your address book is securely stored on your Mandi™ website. This means you can access your contacts from any phone, anywhere, whenever you dial your Mandi™.
  2. When you “tell” your phone to call a name stored on your phone, the phone tries to match your command with the “recorded” name in the phone book. If you are sick or your voice is hoarse, the phone cannot match the voice recording. With the voice recording matched to your name only, you cannot have another person (i.e. spouse, co-worker, family member) make calls for you on your behalf. With Mandi™, she matches the phonetics of speech, so that anyone you authorize can make calls for you. Mandi™ uses the “phonetics” of speech, so it isn’t limited to matching the voice to a recording. Mandi™ uses more reliable and more effective technology.
How does Mandi differ from OnStar and other voice activated systems in my car?
See answer to question above.
  1. Voice activated systems in automobiles are tied to the car. You cannot take it with you when you leave the car. You can use Mandi™ wherever you go, in any car, home or place of business.
  2. Most voice activated systems charge you for the minutes you use. Current prices for systems such as OnStar charge $39.99 for 100 minutes, $114.99 for 300 minutes, and so on. Mandi™ is flat rate for only $35 a month, for unlimited minutes of use in your car.
  3. There is a limit to the number of phone numbers you can store in the voice activated systems in your car, typically a dozen or two. Mandi™ enables you to store up to 12,500 phone numbers that can be called simply by saying the name or the place that you want to call.
  4. Most voice activated systems do not have voice mail. That means, if somebody calls you on that number and you are not in your car, the call is dropped and does not give the caller a chance to leave a message. With Mandi™, your callers can leave a message, or locate you wherever you are. You can always be found, but never bothered.

Do Bluetooth devices, corded earpieces, and cellular speaker phones alone enable me to be compliant with cellular driving law restrictions?
These devices are only half the solution to reducing cell phone distraction.
